It is a good idea to run your W-2′s as soon as possible to allow for any problems! If you have any trouble please give us a call. 

Please take note – the folder sealer machine that runs the W-2′s must be precisely set up to accommodate the special size of the W-2 form. ‘Close’ will not work. The fold plates must be set for the precise size of the W-2 form. In the same way, your machine must be set back precisely to accommodate the size of your standard application. To assist in resetting your machine back to its standard application you may choose to take a sharpie and mark where your current fold plate settings are set before you move them to run your W-2′s.
